Right of Return
The customer has the right to cancel their order and return the purchased product within 14 days of receiving it, without any specific reason. The returned product must be unused and in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials.
The returned product must be packed with moisture protection, such as in a plastic bag. Any moisture damage incurred during the return process will be the customer’s responsibility. -
Return Process
If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service via email at Info@jsmdecals.com Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return. Remember to include the original receipt or order confirmation. -
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email whether your return has been approved or rejected. If the return is approved, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that the refund may depend on your payment provider's processing times. -
Return Costs
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. -
Exceptions
The following products are non-returnable:
- Personalized/custom products.
- Our ready-made kits are also considered personalized products, as they are made based on customer selections. These products can only be refunded if they are defective or damaged during shipping.
