1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship products only within the EU. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact our customer service before placing an order.
2. Delivery Times
Sticker sets are not kept in stock. Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot guarantee arrival on a specific date.
The estimated delivery time for sticker sets is 2–4 weeks, including shipping (2–3 days).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and delivery address of your order. Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Carriers
The carrier depends on the delivery country you select. If you want to know which carrier will deliver to your country, please contact our customer service.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code. You can use this code to track your order on the carrier’s website.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order does not arrive within the estimated time or is damaged during shipping, contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping service to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement shipment.
