Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to cancel their order and return the purchased product within 14 days of receiving it, without any specific reason. The product being returned must be unused and in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials.

The product must be packed to protect it from moisture, for example, in a plastic bag. The customer is responsible for any damage caused by moisture during the return.

2. Return Process
If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service by email at Info@jsmdecals.com. Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to complete the return. Please remember to include the original receipt or order confirmation.

3. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email whether the return has been accepted or rejected. If the return is accepted, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that the timing of the refund may depend on your payment provider.

4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred for the return, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. In such cases, we will cover the cost of the return.

5. Exceptions
The following products are non-returnable: personalized/custom products. Our semi-custom series are also considered personalized, as they are made based on our customers’ selections. These products can only be refunded if they are defective or damaged during delivery.

6. Claims and Complants
Customers must report any defects, damages, missing items, or other issues related to their order within 30 days of receiving the product. Complaints submitted after this 30-day period cannot be accepted or processed.
